1. Who we are

Ventori Coffee Care is operated by Mirello Ltd. Mirello Ltd is the seller for purchases made directly through the Ventori Coffee Care online store.

2. Products and information

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurate. Packaging or appearance may occasionally differ from images where this does not materially change the product. We may update or discontinue products and correct genuine errors.

3. Orders

When you submit an order you are offering to buy the products shown in your order. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we cannot deliver to the address provided. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange a refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Any delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before you complete payment. Payments are processed through our ecommerce and payment service providers.

5. Shipping and fulfilment

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We use third-party services to help operate our store and fulfil orders. Some orders may be stored, picked, packed or dispatched on our behalf by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment or another fulfilment partner. This does not change who you are buying from: your purchase from Ventori Coffee Care is with Mirello Ltd.

6. Returns, refunds and faulty goods

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

7. Website use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Ventori Coffee Care branding, original text, graphics and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Mirello Ltd and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

9. Shopify and other service providers

Our ecommerce services may use Shopify and other third-party providers. Those providers supply technology and services to us but are not the seller of Ventori Coffee Care products. The seller is Mirello Ltd, trading as Ventori Coffee Care.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.
