Traditional espresso care

On a Rocket, prevention is better than repeatedly descaling a large boiler system.
Rocket sells a blind filter basket for group cleaning and current machines range from reservoir-fed heat exchangers to plumbable dual-boiler platforms. Backflushing is a routine coffee-side job; boiler-scale work should follow the exact machine and water setup.

If the manufacturer supplies or sells a blind basket/backflush disc, that is strong evidence of the intended group-cleaning workflow.
