LatteCrema system
Use the milk-system clean routine and clean removable milk-contact parts.
Brew group
Remove and rinse the infuser/brew group.
Machine interior
Clear accessible loose coffee residue.
Coffee system
Keep the user-cleanable coffee path and outlets clear.
Water filter
Replace a fitted compatible filter or follow the machine prompt.
Descaling
Run the Rivelia descale programme and complete the rinse.

Routine cleaning
Clean the Rivelia brew group.
Let the machine park its internal mechanism before attempting to remove the infuser.
Power down normally
Switch the machine off using its normal control and allow the internal mechanism to park.
Open the service area
Remove the water tank or service panel in the order shown for your machine.
Remove the infuser carefully
Release the removable infuser without forcing it.
Rinse with water
Rinse loose coffee residue away with water only unless the machine instructions say otherwise.
Drain and refit
Let excess water drain, then reinstall the infuser securely before powering the machine back on.
Water filtration
Replace and activate the Rivelia water filter.
Physical installation and machine-side filter setup are both part of the job.
Remove the used filter
Take the existing compatible filter out of the water tank.
Prepare the replacement
Prime the new filter according to its instructions before fitting it.
Install it securely
Fit the prepared filter into the tank connection without forcing it.
Complete machine setup
Refill the tank and complete any filter activation or confirmation required by the machine.
Mineral scale care
Descale the Rivelia.
The Ventori video shows how to enter manual descale mode. Follow the machine prompts for the rest of the programme and rinse.
Prepare the machine
Empty the appropriate containers and remove the water filter if the machine procedure requires it.
Prepare the solution
Add coffee-machine descaler and water using the correct dosing.
Position a large container
Place a suitable collection container beneath the relevant outlets.
Start descale mode
Use the Rivelia manual descale route shown in the Ventori video.
Follow the machine prompts
Allow the programme to run and respond to tank or container prompts as they appear.
Complete the fresh-water rinse
Rinse and refill the tank and let every rinse stage finish before returning to normal use.
LatteCrema care
Clean the Rivelia milk system after use.
Milk residue needs prompt attention on every removable milk-contact surface.
Run the quick-clean function
Use the machine’s milk-system clean/rinse function after milk drinks.
Remove user-cleanable parts
Disassemble the milk container only as shown in the manufacturer instructions.
Clean milk residue
Wash and rinse the removable milk-contact parts thoroughly.
Dry and reassemble
Let the parts drain or dry before reassembly.
