Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Ventori Care account and the personal data associated with it.
What will be deleted?
Once your request has been verified, we will delete your Ventori Care account and associated app data, including:
- Your Ventori Care profile
- Your saved coffee machines
- Your maintenance history and care schedules
- Your water-hardness and machine-care preferences
- Your notification preferences
- Other data directly associated with your Ventori Care account
Request account deletion
This request applies to your Ventori Care account and app data. Information relating to purchases or other transactions with Ventori Coffee may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.
